Having fun with Susan and Roxie

Griffin enjoyed sharing his snacks with Roxie today. He thought it was funny watching her clean up after him. She enjoyed taking his cookie. Susan, on the other hand, was happy to let him finish his own cookie.

Weekly swim lesson

Today we learned to push baby through the water when putting them under. This is so they instinctively blow out and don't swallow too much water. At least his mouth is closed in the picture. He wasn't overly thrilled afterwards but he didn't make a fuss.

Griffin is technically mobile! He can now move backwards but unfortunately he is getting himself stuck. Those darn chairs just get in the way!

Today was the first time Griffin went to the park to swing. I can't believe it's taken me this long but it has been wet and cold.

He loved it. At first he was more interested in where Lavi was so I turned him around. He laughed when I gave him big pushes.

Now I can't wait to hang up our own park swing that we received as a gift from Diane Sweeney.

So far the bath tub is the only place Griffin is mobile and is trying to pull himself up. I'm so glad he loves the water.

Birthday post

Today was a great day. I got to enjoy time with Matt and Griffin in the morning. We tried a new food cart that makes amazing bagels. Griffin and I stopped at Michaels and picked up a few things to make. We then went for a stroll with Cheryl and Addie in the unusual winter sun. We topped off the day with dinner at Rogue with Susan and Doug, Nora and Dave, and Laura and Marv. Lots of fun!! Plus the beer and shirt are always a plus! It was a great day.
